El Dr. Conde realizó sus estudios universitarios en Ingeniería en Informática en la Universidad de Salamanca y se doctoró en esta misma universidad en 2012. De 2002 a 2004 estuvo trabajando en el ámbito de la educación impartiendo diferentes cursos de informática. En 2004 trabajó como programador para la empresa GPM una compañía de desarrollo web y multimedia. En 2005 comenzó a trabajar para Clay Formación Internacional en el departamento de I+D+i dónde estuvo involucrado en diferentes proyectos de eLearning. De 2007 a 2012 ha sido profesor asociado de la Universidad de Salamanca, en la que también ha trabajado como investigador del grupo GRIAL. Durante el año 2013 ha trabajado como profesor asociado de la Universidad de León así como vinculado a proyectos del Servicio de Informática y Comunicaciones de esta universidad. Desde 2014 se incorpora como profesor Ayudante Doctor en la Universidad de León y se vincula al Grupo de investigación en Robótica de esta misma universidad, con el ha realizado diversas publicaciones, participado en la organización de eventos y en diversos proyectos desde entonces. En 2019 obtiene la plaza de profesor Titular de Universidad. Su investigación ha estado especialmente vinculada a la aplicación de las TIC a la educación. Su tesis se centró en la integración de entornos informales, no formales y formales de aprendizaje. Ha publicado más de 200 trabajos en diferentes ámbitos como el eLearning, las Arquitecturas Orientadas a Servicios, la Analítica de Aprendizaje (Learning Analytics), Mobile Learning, Interacción persona-ordenador, aplicación de la robótica en la educación, etc. Ha participado en 31 proyectos de investigación y actualmente es el coordinador en la Universidad de León del proyecto ROBOSTEAMSEN financiado por el programa Erasmus+ y relacionado con la idea de explorar las interacciones de los estudiantes para mejorar su aprendizaje. Además, el Dr. Conde es el investigador de la Universidad de León en la red temática SNOLA (Spanish Network of Learning Analytics). En 2024 comienza a desempeñar su labor tanto docente como investigadora de nuevo en la Universidad de Salamanca en comisión de servicios.
