This paper aims to describe the results of a research process that has as a main question: How the use of Geogebra software influences the solution of right triangles? This research has as a general objective to value to what extend the use of Geogebra software favors learning process of basic knowledge of trigonometry. The study was done with a group of 30 students from a public school in Bogotá, it applies a mixed method and develops the theory of the didactic approach. Data analysis of the instruments such as the field notes journal, interviews, evaluation and perceptions test, lets to conclude that through the implementation of educative innovations it is possible to transform the traditional approach to allow students to use of technology in a better way taking into account the new challenges of mathematics in the future.
