Resumen | Training to research or research to training? The Tecnológico de Monterrey Research and Innovation Group is a multidisciplinary team made up of research professors and postgraduate students dedicated to researching educational processes, in order to contribute at institutional, national / international and disciplinary levels. The objective of the panel is to analyze studies and experiences of the group in the lines of psychopedagogical studies, studies on the development and use of technologies, disciplinary studies in education, educational management studies and socio-cultural studies in education. In the panel, doctoral students will ask some questions around the studies: How does the school modify the perception of women towards science and technology? What are the processes of dialogue, interaction and collaborative action that occur in Trajectories of learning of the collaborators or participants ?, What has been the impact of the innovative strategies that use the MOOC? How does participation in research groups contribute to training as researchers? The contributions will be given around the challenges and potentialities to increase knowledge in innovation and the training of educational researchers.
