This paper introduces an analysis of the relationship among information literacy, innovation indicators and competitive intelligence and their mutual contributions, it also emphasizes the central role of information in those issues to develop the discussion. So, we consider information literacy an essential element to competitive intelligence process and to achieve good results of innovation indicators. This study aims to contribute to the organizational and social development.
