Nowadays, there is a significant increase of ICT in learning-teaching of foreign languages, at the different training levels of educational institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly examine the state-of-the-art associated with the use of ICT tools in language education. A systematic search of literature, chronologically limited to the last ten years, was developed. Firstly, 67 studies were obtained, and inclusion-exclusion criteria were applied to them. Such procedure produced 36 studies to be analyzed. The result of the present review will show an overview of the incidence of teaching methods based on digital tools, and compared to traditional methodology with no support of ICT.
