30th International Conference Information Society and University Studies  - IVUS 2025 will take place on 15 May 2025 in Kaunas region, Lithuania.  The conference will be held in a hybrid mode.

The aim of IVUS 2025 is to bring together Master & PhD students, young researchers, and practitioners of the field to share their insights, discoveries, and research outcomes. We invite you to submit your research papers on a wide range of topics in information technology, including but not limited to:

• Information Systems and Databases
• Smart Systems and Environments
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology Applications
• Formal and Mathematical Methods
• Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering

The proceedings of IVUS 2025 will be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication.

Important dates:

• Extended paper Submission Deadline: 8 March 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: 25 April 2025
• Camera-Ready Paper Submission: 1 May 2025
• Conference Date: 15 May 2025
• Camera-Ready Paper for Post-Proceedings: 28 June 2025

Fees and attendance:

• The attendance of the conference is free.
• Local authors will deliver presentations in a traditional form. The remote presenters can present their papers using the teleconferencing system (webinar).
• The official language of the conference is English.
